Flotholt dient als een ritueel van hoop in uitdagende tijden. Flotholt debuteerde in 2022 ter ere van de Sigur Rós Wereldtournee en is toepasselijk vernoemd naar het IJslandse woord voor een ronde reddingsring die wordt gebruikt om mensen van de verdrinkingsdood te redden. Deze frisse maar mysterieuze geur is geïnspireerd op de eindeloze oceaan, in het bijzonder de koude, donkere en wilde uitgestrektheid ervan.
