Sounds of Fischer Vol. 1 is an album that distills the essence of our space into sound. Created by Jónsi, Kjartan Holm, Sindri Már Sigfússon (Sin Fang) and Alex Somers, this album transports listeners through the memories of growing up in Iceland and is a compilation of our most played sounds.

The vinyl is a warm gold hue featuring artwork by Lilja Birgisdóttir.

James R. ★★★★★

The way these siblings layered their own spatial recordings into a single track is hypnotic—you can almost feel the room they were in. It's easily become my go-to for clearing my head after work, and I keep finding new details in the mix each time.

I put this on before bed and the whole room shifted into that Fischer family’s world—the way it’s built from their actual studio space makes every crackle feel like a memory. My favorite track keeps pulling me back, it’s like hearing the air in Reykjavík.

Owen ★★★★★

The ambient textures on this record genuinely capture the feel of a physical space, like standing in a quiet room and hearing it breathe. I've had it on repeat for three days and it still pulls me in every time.
