成分及其益處：

I brew this right after dinner and the aroma alone helps me unwind; the birch adds a mellow, earthy note that lingers nicely. Knowing it's harvested fresh every year makes it feel special, so I’m glad I stocked up before it sells out.
The moment I opened the pouch, the smell of Icelandic herbs hit me—earthy and calming, like a walk through the highlands. Brewed a cup this morning, and the birch really does make it feel cleansing without being harsh. Wish it was available year-round, but I’ll grab another bag while it lasts.
